I'm finally back in a summer groove. I hit 42 miles this week and 30 last week. I'm trying to hit 300 miles again this summer which is a mileage target I give my athletes for summer training. I'm at a meager 132 with 4 weeks to go. Four more 42 mile weeks will just eek it out. I have a 10 mile trail race with Jonny and Greg on Saturday. Should be tough - my longest run has been 9 miles so far this summer!
