Monday: Lifted upper x 2. Walked Jimmy in Friedsam. Getting over a crappy cold. Coughing a ton at night.
Tuesday: 1.5 in Friedsam w/Jimmy. Turned around when rifle blasts sounded uncomfortably close. First run in over a week. Had awards night for XC. That season is officially over. Basketball starts next Monday.
Wednesday: Meetings + laziness = 0.
Thursday: 5 miles in Friedsam w/Jimmy. 43 minutes. Wow. This is the longest I've run in 3 weeks. Lil' Rhody is going to hurt!
Friday: 0. Lifted upper x2. Drove to Rhody.
Saturday: 0. Hiked 4 miles. Marked the course with Pard.
Sunday: 9.5 miles w/ Lil' Rhody Trail Race. Warm (Hot) weather. 10 minutes warm up. I went out a little too fast today. I was hoping to break 60, but I just haven't been running enough this last month. I shouldn't have worn my Kinarvas; they don't cushion/protect me from the roads. I started cramping on the last .9 road section. Fun day. 62:16, 59th place.

I made it to the starting line of Lil' Rhody. On Thanksgiving, I'm running in Brattleboro. Who knows what I'll run for 5k? 22:30? Faster? Slower? We'll see.
