weekending 8/21

Monday: 0. Practice began today. Planned rest.

Tuesday: 3 w/Jimmy in Friedsam. Pushed in places. Felt great!

pm: 2 easy running w/team.

Wednesday: Lifted upper x 2. Played 1.5 hours of hoops.

Thursday: am: 8 w/Jimmy, Nash Loop. Good run. 54 min.

Friday: 0.

Saturday: 5 w/kids in Pisgah. Drove to Rhody.

Sunday: Drove back from Rhody.

Total running: 18

Down week. I ended the week miserably stiff in my upper back. I need to run more and lift more.
