Weekending 3/27

Monday: 0. First Track practice. Did form drills. Lifted upper with Greg at night.

Tuesday: 2 miles w/ team + 3 miles in Friedsam w/Jimmy. Feeling good.

Wednesday: 3 miles in Friedsam w/Jimmy + Form drills w/team.

Thursday: 0. I need to lift.

Friday: Lifted upper x3. I have a crappy cold.

Saturday: Threw the discus today. I still feel sick.

Sunday: I ran 1 mile in Friedsam w/Jimmy. I'm still sick. Didn't have the energy to really run.

Total running: 9
Days lifting: 2

This wasn't a great week. Being sick isn't much fun. The weeks are flying by!
